We are seeking a skilled and passionate React Native Engineer (Expo) to join our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of our product, responsible for developing and enhancing our mobile application for both iOS and Android. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to translate concepts into a smooth, intuitive, and high-performance mobile experience for our growing community of sports lovers.

Reclub is a social sports platform designed to connect sports enthusiasts and simplify the way people organize, discover, and participate in recreational sports. We empower local sports communities through intuitive digital tools that foster connection, inclusivity, and the joy of play. Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of our React Native application using the Expo ecosystem.

• Develop mobile applications to integrate with server-side logic and real-time services.

• Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of Git source control and process documentation.

• Analyze and optimize the application for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Solve complex technical problems, both independently and with the team.

• Support and mentor teammates to solve challenges and grow their technical skills.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in React Native, with strong expertise in the Expo ecosystem.

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

• Must have strong read/write English with basic speaking

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript.

• Deep experience with state management libraries, specifically MobX.

• Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and basic CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, or similar

• Experience in publishing & maintaining apps on Apple Store and Google Play Store

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with web development

• Familiarity with building real-time features using technologies such as MQTT.

• Native platform knowledge (Swift, Kotlin)
