At Reclub, we are more than just an app; we are a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to uniting the global sports community. Our success is measured by the health of your local clubs. To keep our community thriving, all members agree to the following standards:

1. The Spirit of Play (Conduct)

Sports have the power to unite, regardless of your story.

  • Fair Play: Exhibit good sportsmanship on and off the court. Win with humility and lose with grace.
  • Inclusivity: We welcome all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Harassment, bigotry, or discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, ability, or orientation is strictly prohibited.
  • Integrity (No Sandbagging): Be honest about your skill level. Misrepresenting your ability to gain an unfair advantage in a "Meet" or "Competition" undermines the experience for everyone.

2. Respect the Commitment (The "No-Show" Rule)

Organizing a game takes effort. When you RSVP, you are making a commitment to your teammates and opponents.

  • Reliability: If you can no longer attend, update your RSVP as early as possible so a player on the waitlist can take your spot.
  • Accountability: Repeated "No-Shows" or last-minute cancellations damage the community and may result in restricted access to clubs or events.

3. Safety and Privacy

We believe the game should be a safe space for everyone to sweat, play, and grow.

  • Personal Safety: Never share sensitive personal information (like your home address or financial passwords) in public club chats.
  • Protecting Minors: We have zero tolerance for any behavior that compromises the safety of youth athletes.
  • Reporting: If you see something unsafe or unprofessional, report it to us immediately at hello@reclub.co.

4. Community Integrity

  • No Solicitation: Reclub is for playing, not for spamming. Unauthorized advertising, selling, or "junk mail" is prohibited. If you want to partner with us or promote a sports-related business, reach out to marketing@reclub.co.
  • Objectionable Content: We reserve the right to remove any content (photos, match comments, or club descriptions) that is illegal, explicit, or detrimental to the community’s mission.
